Almost everyone does it, night after night, when sleep overtakes us and we move from the deep sleep phase into the phase of shallower sleep. It is thought that it is the rapid eye movements during sleep that allow us to process daily experiences and store them as our store of experience. Both beautiful and joyful events as well as challenging life moments are thus integrated into the structures of our brain. Miraculously. Mind and body usually find the necessary relaxation for the next day. We wake up refreshed. Normally!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">But what happens when we are overwhelmed by experiences that involve us so much that we are slow to recover from the memories of them?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In such cases, we feel uncomfortable. We may doubt ourselves and our abilities. Brooding and pondering, hoping to find a solution or a way out, keep us awake. Our performance is diminished. We feel mentally fatigued.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The  <strong>Rapid-Eye Movement Stimulation <\/strong>&#8211; also  <strong>visual bilateral hemispheric stimulation<\/strong> &#8211; can help in many cases to reduce feelings of tension and calm excessive emotions. Thoughts circling around oneself cease. A pleasant inner calmness and composure set in. As if by magic, new options for action and alternative solutions appear before the inner eye.
