According to observations, a person is able to move his eyes only slowly and jerkily in the case of frozen or impulsive emotions. Fluid changes in eye position are less common. A stimulation stimulus that slides quickly back and forth is then followed by his eyes only in jumps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Through the <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/en\/basics-for-the-application-of-emdr-in-coaching-with-the-remstim-3000\/rapid-eye-movement-stimulation\/\">Rapid Eye Movement Stimulation<\/a> with the help of the <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/en\/remstim-3000\/\">REMSTIM 3000<\/a> the eye movements become visibly softer and finally follow the stimulation stimulus without problems &#8211; even at high speed. Likewise, emotional flexibility can change positively. The ability to move the eyes quickly (again) increases the chance to better adapt emotionally to new situations.
