\nThere are phases in life when we feel very precisely that something is working within us. Sometimes we know the trigger, sometimes it only manifests as tension, inner restlessness, recurring emotions, or physical reactions. EMDR online coaching is intended for people who do not want to face these inner movements alone and want personal, professional support \u2013 regardless of whether they already have experience with EMDR or self-coaching.\n<\/p>\n

\nThe online coaching takes place regardless of location and completely replaces previous in-person formats. You work in your familiar environment and yet in a genuine, supportive contact. The focus is not on a rigid concept, but on your individual process. The coaching adapts to your pace and offers a safe framework in which topics can emerge and develop without being overwhelming.\n<\/p>\n

EMDR \u2013 an approach beyond pure understanding<\/h1>\n

\nEMDR starts where experiences are actually stored: in emotional memory and in the body. Many burdens cannot be resolved simply by thinking or insight because they are anchored on a deeper level. Through the so-called emotional memory<\/a> and the somatic markers<\/a> stored within it, earlier experiences influence our current reactions, evaluations, and decisions \u2013 often unconsciously.\n<\/p>\n

\nEMDR online coaching incorporates exactly this level. Through targeted bilateral stimulation, including with the REMSTIM 3000<\/a> EMDR glasses, emotional reactions can be reprocessed and integrated. Who is EMDR online coaching suitable for?<\/h1>\n

\nEMDR online coaching is aimed at both people who want to work with EMDR for the first time and those who have already gained experience in EMDR self-coaching. Some topics can be worked on well independently, while others require temporary orientation, classification, or an experienced counterpart. Both the severity of a topic is decisive and whether movement occurs or an inner stuckness becomes noticeable.\n<\/p>\n

\nTypical reasons for online coaching include recurring fears<\/a>, mental and emotional blockages<\/a>, inner conflicts, difficulty making decisions, or the feeling of not progressing on an emotional level. Guidance instead of instructions<\/h1>\n

\nYou also remain active in the process during online coaching. EMDR does not mean that something is “taken away” from you, but that you are accompanied in a clearly structured and safe framework.
