Field report on the REMSTIM 3000 by Juraj Gubi – Dipl. Sports scientist, mental coach and expert in physical and emotional health from Alzey, Germany<\/h1>\n

I am impressed and delighted every time. This is the first impulse when I think about how effective and at the same time simple the use of EMDR glasses REMSTIM 3000 is. I first learned about the EMDR method at my family doctor’s office in 2002. Unfortunately, my family doctor had passed away and this method was forgotten by me. It wasn’t until 2015 that I read an article reporting positive success with EMDR coaching. That’s how I came across Thomas Buhl<\/a> and his REMSTIM 3000 through Internet research. Since then, the EMDR glasses have been my constant companion in everyday life and while traveling. Recently I have started to use it in coaching with my clients, who can report the same remarkable success and positive changes after using REMSTIM 3000.<\/em><\/p>\n

The EMDR glasses find much approval among athletes in tennis, where I have the privilege of accompanying a few budding professionals as a mental coach. As a former professional tennis player, I know exactly what it means to be subjected to constant stress and pressure to perform, to feel outside control and overwhelmed. And this is where the use of EMDR glasses really comes into its own. I like to use it in competition with my athletes, where it happens between games that they are exposed to enormous tension. After using glasses, they clearly notice that their activation level improves and they can play freely, without many negative thoughts.<\/em><\/p>\n

I also have good experience in the use of glasses when it comes to weight loss. It complements my holistic weight loss program consisting of nutritional optimization, fitness training and relaxation and acts like a turbo accelerator with a lasting effect. Often it is our unconscious blocks and beliefs that prevent us from finally getting rid of the pounds and achieving our own goals. And it is precisely these that I can address and process with REMSTIM 3000.<\/em><\/p>\n

The handling is practical and due to the robust small case is also ideally suited for travel. It brings me, my family and my clients great joy when positive changes occur on the inside as a result of their efforts, which then manifest on the outside in the form of satisfaction, balance and success.<\/em><\/p>\n
