Field report on the REMSTIM 3000 by Martina J\u00e4nicke, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy, wingwave \u00ae coach and mental coach from Berlin<\/h1>\n

As a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy, wingwave \u00ae coach and mental trainer, I work primarily in anxiety and trauma therapy. Often throughout the day, I “wave away my clients’ anxiety.” This method of bilateral stimulation of the brain, in combination with classical behavioral therapy, is the best I know of for quickly and sustainably releasing anxiety and blockages. Patients are thrilled, after a few sessions they are relieved, liberated and able to act again, but it is important that the sessions are not too far apart.<\/em><\/p>\n

I wanted to make myself expendable, but my colleague with whom I coordinate vacation replacements, like me, hardly has any appointments free. So I wouldn’t be allowed to travel, go to training, or take a few days off for the end of the quarter.<\/em><\/p>\n

So an idea came to me: it would be good if I let my clients use the EMDR glasses as a “substitute coach”.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This actually works great! I arrange homework with my clients during my absence on how to name their issues and calm them with glasses. They keep a record of it, and we continue to work right there after I return. This is very helpful.<\/em><\/p>\n

Of course, I also use the EMDR glasses for myself.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

So far I have been able to release light stress, blockages and emotional leftovers from the therapy sessions well with the wingwave \u00ae music, now I put on the glasses after a long and intense day at work and after a few minutes I am refreshed and mentally relaxed.<\/em><\/p>\n

Since I do a lot of sports and blockages arise again and again (mostly due to injuries or too high demands on one’s own performance), I have also tried out the glasses for sports issues and have had measurable success with me. As a result, my golf tee shot has become considerably wider and clearer because I have been able to release a slight blockage in my swing due to the glasses.<\/em><\/p>\n

So I can say that the glasses are in constant use: on myself or as my vacation replacement, and in combination with the personal encounter in the therapy sessions, they are a real asset.<\/em><\/p>\n

Finally, I always recommend that my clients purchase the REMSTIM 3000 at the end of therapies, for relaxation, aftercare, and quick release of newly occurring blockages.<\/em><\/p>\n
