Sus sentimientos, pensamientos y acciones se caracterizan por la sospecha. Los miedos son a veces m\u00e1s y a veces menos concretos. Como ocurre a menudo, la interpretaci\u00f3n subjetiva del entorno desempe\u00f1a un papel decisivo en la propia preocupaci\u00f3n. No son las cosas en s\u00ed lo que tememos, sino la idea de ellas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La atenci\u00f3n personal se centra en los miedos y las posibles consecuencias negativas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con el aumento de la ansiedad, se pierde visiblemente la capacidad de relajarse. La inquietud caracteriza el estado mental y emocional del preocupado. El peligro de generalizaci\u00f3n aumenta.
