A veces no es f\u00e1cil encontrar las propias emociones y tenerlas claras. Sin embargo, dado que se supone que EMDR desencadena un procesamiento de las emociones estresantes mediante su intervenci\u00f3n en el 4\u00ba paso del autocoaching, <a title=\"Estimulaci\u00f3n de movimientos oculares r\u00e1pidos\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/fundamentos-de-la-utilizacion-de-emdr-en-coaching-con-el-remstim-3000\/estimulacion-de-movimientos-oculares-rapidos\/\">la Estimulaci\u00f3n por Movimientos Oculares R\u00e1pidos (Rapid Eye Movement Stimulation<\/a>), nombrarlo puede ser muy \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p>Hay un error que no puedes cometer. Tambi\u00e9n en este caso, basta con seguir el primer impulso. EMDR hace el resto. Si hay algo m\u00e1s detr\u00e1s, experimentar\u00e1 nuevas asociaciones en el marco de la intervenci\u00f3n con el <a title=\"REMSTIM 3000\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/remstim-3000\/\">REMSTIM<\/a> 3000, que luego podr\u00e1 simplemente seguir. Ah\u00ed reside una gran ventaja de EMDR: trabajas con lo que se te presenta en ese momento.<\/p>\n<p>Si ninguna de las emociones de la lista le parece apropiada porque no describe adecuadamente su emoci\u00f3n percibida, entonces simplemente contin\u00fae trabajando con la idea de lo que est\u00e1 experimentando emocionalmente y vaya al <a title=\"Paso 3 del autocoaching EMDR: determinar las sensaciones corporales\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/autocoaching-en-6-pasos-con-emdr-gracias-a-remstim-3000\/paso-3-del-autocoaching-emdr-determinar-las-sensaciones-corporales\/\">tercer paso de la gu\u00eda de autocoaching con EMDR<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n es aceptable no sentir ninguna emoci\u00f3n, no conmoverse. Entonces toma ese vac\u00edo emocional y <a title=\"Paso 3 del autocoaching EMDR: determinar las sensaciones corporales\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/autocoaching-en-6-pasos-con-emdr-gracias-a-remstim-3000\/paso-3-del-autocoaching-emdr-determinar-las-sensaciones-corporales\/\">sigue adelante<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En la escala de -10 a +10 puedes determinar por ti mismo el alcance de tu tacto subjetivo. <strong>Pero ten cuidado<\/strong>: los n\u00fameros de -10 a -6 son una advertencia. Si estima el alcance de su estr\u00e9s en este rango de valores, puede ser \u00fatil, adem\u00e1s de necesario, consultar a un coach EMDR o a un terapeuta EMDR de su confianza, ya que el tema parece ser extremadamente estresante para usted, lo que hace que el autocoaching con EMDR y el REMSTIM 3000 parezcan desaconsejables.
