Informe de campo sobre el REMSTIM 3000 de Markus Bauchrowitz, entrenador mental deportivo de Bielefeld<\/h1>\n

S\u00ed, ten\u00eda curiosidad despu\u00e9s de la llamada telef\u00f3nica con Thomas Buhl<\/a> y ten\u00eda muchas ganas de utilizar el dispositivo EMDR REMSTIM 3000 para mi autocoaching. Suelo utilizar la m\u00fasica en el autoentrenamiento para lograr una estimulaci\u00f3n hemisf\u00e9rica bilateral. Cuando trabajo con clientes, prefiero saludar con la mano y muy rara vez utilizo m\u00fasica. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque el movimiento ocular me parece el m\u00e1s eficaz y el que tiene un efecto m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido en mis clientes. Entonces, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no me acompa\u00f1a en el autocoaching? Por lo dem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n me gusta meterme mano a m\u00ed mismo y a mis clientes. Y ahora se supone que estas “gafas EMDR” ayudan. Soy una persona de mente abierta y f\u00e1cil de inspirar, pero a\u00fan quedaban algunas dudas en mi equipaje. Y ahora tambi\u00e9n tengo que esperar tres o cuatro d\u00edas para la entrega.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u00bfY qu\u00e9 puedo decir? Estoy encantada. Peque\u00f1o estuche ligero que protege perfectamente las gafas EMDR<\/strong> y facilita su transporte. Instrucciones breves y buenas incluidas. Muy f\u00e1cil de manejar y ajustar. \u00a1All\u00e1 vamos! Al principio fue un poco demasiado lento para m\u00ed. Simplemente acelera pulsando un bot\u00f3n. Sigamos adelante. Y tambi\u00e9n he aumentado un poco el alcance de la desviaci\u00f3n ocular, de modo que ahora he encontrado los ajustes \u00f3ptimos para m\u00ed. Mi mirada se dirige r\u00e1pidamente hacia el interior a trav\u00e9s de las gafas oscuras y la luz que corre es agradable y con cada aplicaci\u00f3n noto una respiraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s libre y profunda al cabo de poco tiempo. La calma se extiende. Maravilloso. Igual que cuando saludo a mis clientes. Pero aqu\u00ed las gafas me “entrenan”. Vamos, piensa y siente otro pensamiento “malo” de inmediato. CLIC. Tres diodos naranjas se encienden uno tras otro desde el borde superior de las gafas hasta el centro de las mismas y, a continuaci\u00f3n, mi mirada se dirige de forma constante de izquierda a derecha y viceversa con diodos amarillentos…. Durante unos 30 segundos. Y al poco rato, de nuevo ese suspiro liberador. \u00a1Funciona!<\/em><\/p>\n
