La t\u00e9cnica de estimulaci\u00f3n eficaz del REMSTIM 3000 fue uno de los retos m\u00e1s elaborados en el desarrollo del dispositivo EMDR.<\/h1>\n

\"GafasEl desarrollo de la t\u00e9cnica de estimulaci\u00f3n bilateral visual, que durante una aplicaci\u00f3n gu\u00eda los ojos de forma notablemente agradable hacia movimientos r\u00e1pidos y parece tan sencilla, requiri\u00f3 numerosos montajes experimentales. Se probaron varios modelos antes de que las gafas EMDR se fabricaran en serie.<\/p>\n

Los resultados mostraron que los siguientes par\u00e1metros son extremadamente importantes y cruciales para una aplicaci\u00f3n eficaz y exitosa del autocoaching EMDR.<\/p>\n

S\u00f3lo una forma de estimulaci\u00f3n utilizada en el REMSTIM 3000 cumpl\u00eda los elevados est\u00e1ndares de un dispositivo EMDR eficaz: <\/strong>se trata exactamente del movimiento de un dedo delante de los ojos del coachee por parte de un entrenador. En consecuencia, el est\u00edmulo luminoso simula los movimientos fluidos y estimulantes de la mano, de modo que las gafas EMDR nunca dejan a los ojos del usuario sin gu\u00eda. Por tanto, no son posibles los “saltos de mirada” descoordinados.<\/p>\n\t\t

Los experimentos con una soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica menos compleja, en la que s\u00f3lo parpadean alternativamente fuentes luminosas situadas en los respectivos bordes exteriores del campo de visi\u00f3n de los ojos, dieron resultados insatisfactorios. Los ojos realizaban con frecuencia saltos precipitados y descoordinados entre los est\u00edmulos luminosos intermitentes. El usuario se ve\u00eda obligado repetidamente a encontrar de nuevo el ritmo de los impulsos luminosos intermitentes, lo que dificultaba enormemente el seguimiento con movimientos oculares constantes. Los movimientos oculares tambi\u00e9n se asemejaban entonces m\u00e1s a saltos precipitados y desiguales de un lado a otro.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n

Por este motivo, las gafas REMSTIM 3000 EMDR utilizan 30 micro-LED de precisi\u00f3n alineados horizontalmente<\/strong> que producen un est\u00edmulo discreto y de gu\u00eda permanente. De este modo, ambos ojos del usuario son guiados individualmente y sincronizados en movimientos r\u00e1pidos y uniformes en cada momento de la aplicaci\u00f3n de la estimulaci\u00f3n EMDR. As\u00ed se evitan los saltos y el ir y venir precipitado de los ojos, que pueden impedir los efectos positivos de estimulaci\u00f3n de<\/a> un autocoaching exitoso.<\/p>\n

Esta disposici\u00f3n especial de la estimulaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n permite adaptar los par\u00e1metros de estimulaci\u00f3n pertinentes de las gafas EMDR a las necesidades personales del usuario.<\/p>\n

Esto se debe a que hay grandes diferencias en la distancia que los usuarios pueden ver con los ojos a izquierda y derecha.
