Porque es evidente que estos procesos cerebrales se ven alterados con regularidad y frecuencia en los trastornos del sue\u00f1o. Las consecuencias suelen ser trastornos perceptibles en la vida cotidiana, como<a title=\"Reducir el estr\u00e9s y la tensi\u00f3n\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/areas-de-aplicacion-de-emdr-en-coaching\/reducir-el-estres-y-la-tension\/\"> estr\u00e9s e inquietud<\/a>, <a title=\"Afrontar la preocupaci\u00f3n y la tristeza\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/areas-de-aplicacion-de-emdr-en-coaching\/afrontar-la-preocupacion-y-la-tristeza\/\">preocupaciones y tristeza<\/a>, <a title=\"Crear claridad de objetivos y resolver conflictos\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/areas-de-aplicacion-de-emdr-en-coaching\/crear-claridad-de-objetivos-y-resolver-conflictos\/\">falta de capacidad para tomar decisiones<\/a> o incluso <a title=\"Reforzar la propia imagen y la confianza en uno mismo\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/areas-de-aplicacion-de-emdr-en-coaching\/reforzar-la-propia-imagen-y-la-confianza-en-uno-mismo\/\">disminuci\u00f3n de la confianza en uno mismo<\/a>. El estado emocional y mental se resiente. Esto se debe a que durante el sue\u00f1o REM se superan los miedos, se resuelven los problemas, se crean <a title=\"Efectos estimulantes de la EMDR\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/fundamentos-de-la-utilizacion-de-emdr-en-coaching-con-el-remstim-3000\/efectos-estimulantes-de-la-emdr\/\">nuevas asociaciones<\/a> y se <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/areas-de-aplicacion-de-emdr-en-coaching\/reducir-el-estres-y-la-tension\/\">reduce el estr\u00e9s<\/a>.<br class=\"clear\"><br class=\"clear\"><\/p>\n<p>Psic\u00f3logos de la Universidad de California descubrieron que la <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/movimiento-ocular-rapido-seguimiento-del-sueno-rem\/\">fase de sue\u00f1o del Movimiento Ocular R\u00e1pido <\/a>tambi\u00e9n da lugar a la creatividad y permite que la imaginaci\u00f3n se despliegue sin trabas. Los sujetos que hab\u00edan ca\u00eddo en un sue\u00f1o de movimientos oculares r\u00e1pidos durante la siesta eran capaces de continuar series de palabras m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente y encontrar analog\u00edas con mayor rapidez. Sigmund Freud plante\u00f3 en su d\u00eda la hip\u00f3tesis de que so\u00f1ar es una forma de limpiar y seleccionar en la memoria, lo que sin duda marc\u00f3 tendencia. Porque lo cierto es que el sue\u00f1o REM es indispensable para la formaci\u00f3n de la memoria y nuestro equilibrio mental y emocional. Por \u00faltimo, las pruebas realizadas en los laboratorios del sue\u00f1o demuestran que nos sentimos notablemente agotados mental y f\u00edsicamente tras acortar repetidamente el sue\u00f1o con movimientos oculares r\u00e1pidos.<br class=\"clear\"><br class=\"clear\"><\/p>\n<h1>El movimiento ocular r\u00e1pido durante el sue\u00f1o REM es extremadamente importante para nuestra recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/h1>\n<p>La falta de sue\u00f1o REM y, por tanto, de movimientos oculares r\u00e1pidos conduce directa y r\u00e1pidamente al agotamiento. Esto se observa bien en el sue\u00f1o farmacol\u00f3gico, que carece manifiestamente de la importante alternancia entre las distintas fases del sue\u00f1o, que incluye la fase de sue\u00f1o REM con sus movimientos oculares r\u00e1pidos como componente crucial de estas fases del sue\u00f1o. El sue\u00f1o bajo los efectos de las drogas tambi\u00e9n recuerda m\u00e1s a un &#8220;sopor comatoso&#8221;. El despertar resacoso del sue\u00f1o que sigue al consumo de drogas es familiar para muchas personas.<br class=\"clear\"><br class=\"clear\"><\/p>\n<p>Es m\u00e1s, si se suprime el sue\u00f1o de movimientos oculares r\u00e1pidos tomando f\u00e1rmacos durante un periodo de tiempo prolongado, se produce un deterioro notable y grave de nuestro bienestar general y nuestro rendimiento. Si estos f\u00e1rmacos se interrumpen m\u00e1s tarde, puede producirse el denominado fen\u00f3meno de rebote como expresi\u00f3n de la necesidad urgente de recuperar el <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/movimiento-ocular-rapido-seguimiento-del-sueno-rem\/\">sue\u00f1o por movimientos oculares r\u00e1pidos<\/a>.<br class=\"clear\"><br class=\"clear\"><\/p>\n<p>En resumen, si quiere estar bien equipado mental y emocionalmente para la vida cotidiana y otros retos, debe asegurarse un descanso nocturno equilibrado con mucho sue\u00f1o REM. Adem\u00e1s, es muy recomendable simular el sue\u00f1o REM mientras se est\u00e1 despierto mediante <a title=\"Estimulaci\u00f3n de movimientos oculares r\u00e1pidos\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/fundamentos-de-la-utilizacion-de-emdr-en-coaching-con-el-remstim-3000\/estimulacion-de-movimientos-oculares-rapidos\/\">la estimulaci\u00f3n del movimiento
