Bastantes personas tienen miedo de ponerse delante de un grupo y hacer una presentaci\u00f3n, una obra de teatro, un espect\u00e1culo de danza o algo similar. Como consecuencia, sufren miedo esc\u00e9nico, ansiedad ante las presentaciones o ansiedad al hablar. Pero el miedo esc\u00e9nico tambi\u00e9n es un gran problema para muchos de los que lo sufren fuera de los grandes escenarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Por ejemplo, una negociaci\u00f3n salarial, una audici\u00f3n, una entrevista de trabajo o una reuni\u00f3n importante en la oficina pueden desencadenar los s\u00edntomas t\u00edpicos de la ansiedad de rendimiento. Por ejemplo, un ligero aumento de los latidos del coraz\u00f3n, sequedad de boca, voz temblorosa o sudoraci\u00f3n excesiva. Adem\u00e1s, el malestar va acompa\u00f1ado de una sensaci\u00f3n de n\u00e1usea incluso antes de la propia actuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, la ansiedad de ejecuci\u00f3n no requiere tratamiento, sobre todo porque cierta ansiedad no es mala per se. Las personas afectadas temen especialmente los comentarios negativos como parte de su ansiedad por el rendimiento. El miedo a hacer el rid\u00edculo, a no convencer al p\u00fablico, a perder una oportunidad o a pasar verg\u00fcenza delante de todo el mundo es realmente paralizante para algunos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La ansiedad ante la actuaci\u00f3n se presenta de muchas formas, como la ya mencionada ansiedad ante las presentaciones, la ansiedad esc\u00e9nica o la ansiedad por hablar en p\u00fablico.
