Siempre me impresiona y me emociona. Este es el primer impulso cuando pienso en lo eficaz y al mismo tiempo sencillo que es el uso de las gafas EMDR REMSTIM 3000. Conoc\u00ed el m\u00e9todo EMDR a trav\u00e9s de mi m\u00e9dico de familia en 2002. Desgraciadamente, mi m\u00e9dico de cabecera hab\u00eda fallecido y hab\u00eda olvidado este m\u00e9todo. No fue hasta 2015 cuando le\u00ed un art\u00edculo que informaba de \u00e9xitos positivos con el coaching EMDR. As\u00ed fue como conoc\u00ed a Thomas Buhl<\/a> y su REMSTIM 3000 a trav\u00e9s de una b\u00fasqueda en Internet. Desde entonces, las gafas EMDR han sido mi compa\u00f1\u00eda constante en la vida cotidiana y cuando viajo. Recientemente tambi\u00e9n he empezado a utilizarlo en coaching con mis clientes, que pueden reportar el mismo \u00e9xito notable y cambios positivos despu\u00e9s de usar REMSTIM 3000.<\/em><\/p>\n

Las gafas EMDR son muy apreciadas por los deportistas en el tenis, donde tengo el privilegio de acompa\u00f1ar a algunos profesionales en ciernes como coach mental. Como ex tenista profesional, s\u00e9 exactamente lo que significa estar sometido a un estr\u00e9s y una presi\u00f3n constantes para rendir, sentirse controlado y abrumado. Y aqu\u00ed es donde el uso de las gafas EMDR cobra todo su sentido.
