Este formato se utiliza preferentemente cuando se trabaja con traumatismos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sin embargo, el formato <strong>CIPBS<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n puede utilizarse muy bien en coaching y, especialmente, en autocoaching. Tambi\u00e9n se recomienda utilizar una hoja de rotafolio. Personalmente prefiero una hoja DINA4 o DINA 3. Como mi dibujo no tiene que ser tan grande entonces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dobla la hoja 3 veces dobl\u00e1ndola longitudinalmente por la mitad y luego dobl\u00e1ndola transversalmente 2 veces cada una a 1\/3 y 2\/3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si\u00e9ntate en un lugar de tu elecci\u00f3n donde est\u00e9s solo y no te molesten: t\u00fa, los l\u00e1pices de colores y la hoja de papel. Entonces puede comenzar el proceso. A partir de ahora me dirigir\u00e9 a ti como T\u00da, ya que ha demostrado ser \u00fatil en el proceso de (auto)coaching.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Proceso:<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Piensa en el tema de tu elecci\u00f3n; elige uno que te incomode. Ese es su tema inicial. No se juzgar\u00e1n sus habilidades pict\u00f3ricas. As\u00ed que no importa su aspecto, aunque recuerde a los intentos de pintar de un ni\u00f1o peque\u00f1o. Atr\u00e9vete y mira lo que pintas. Utiliza los colores para reflejar tu imagen interior. Si tu visi\u00f3n interior es negra, que as\u00ed sea.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cuando sientas que lo has pintado todo por el momento, detente y observa tu cuadro. Observa tu emoci\u00f3n y luego busca una sensaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/autocoaching-en-6-pasos-con-emdr-gracias-a-remstim-3000\/paso-2-de-emdr-self-coaching-determinar-las-emociones\/\">(Paso 2<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/autocoaching-en-6-pasos-con-emdr-gracias-a-remstim-3000\/paso-3-del-autocoaching-emdr-determinar-las-sensaciones-corporales\/\">Paso 3<\/a> del auto-entrenamiento EMDR)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Cuando haya tomado conciencia de su emoci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como de su sensaci\u00f3n corporal, p\u00f3ngase las <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/remstim-3000\/\">gafas EMDR REMSTIM 3000<\/a>, enci\u00e9ndalas y siga el est\u00edmulo luminoso con la mirada<a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/es\/autocoaching-en-6-pasos-con-emdr-gracias-a-remstim-3000\/paso-4-de-emdr-self-coaching-intervencion-con-el-remstim-3000-procesamiento\/\">(paso 4 del autocoaching EMDR<\/a>). Despu\u00e9s de la primera serie, puede empezar una segunda vez. Entonces qu\u00edtate las gafas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ahora se repite el 4\u00ba paso del autocoaching EMDR: Piense de nuevo en su tema inicial y dibuje una nueva <strong>segunda imagen<\/strong> en la siguiente casilla libre de su hoja, que se corresponda con su imagen interior actual. Lo que importa es que es tuyo, que viene de ti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Det\u00e9n el proceso de pintura de tu segundo cuadro cuando sientas que no quieres a\u00f1adir nada m\u00e1s por el momento. Mira tu segunda foto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Ahora vuelve a notar tu emoci\u00f3n y luego busca la sensaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica.
