Comment comprendre ? J&#8217;admets que la formulation peut para\u00eetre un peu guind\u00e9e. Mais comme la question doit \u00eatre exacte, cette formulation a fait ses preuves. En effet, rien que cela permet d&#8217;attirer l&#8217;attention des participants. Je pourrais aussi formuler la question ainsi : Quel est ton niveau de stress actuel si tu penses maintenant \u00e0 ton sujet ? Mais certains ne se sentent pas accabl\u00e9s par leur sujet, mais simplement mal \u00e0 l&#8217;aise, voire tr\u00e8s mal \u00e0 l&#8217;aise. Il ne serait donc pas correct de parler de charge. En revanche, contrairement au coaching, il faut bien partir du principe qu&#8217;il y a une charge dans la th\u00e9rapie ; mais nous y reviendrons plus tard. Il serait faux de demander : comment te sens-tu quand tu penses \u00e0 ton sujet ? Car il s&#8217;agit ici clairement de l&#8217;ampleur, du degr\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9motion, alors que le sujet est sous nos yeux. Il s&#8217;agit ici de quantifier sa propre perception de son \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel interne. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la deuxi\u00e8me question, nous utilisons une \u00e9chelle de -10 \u00e0 (+)10. <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6204\" src=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Smiley.jpg\" alt=\"\u00c9chelle de Smiley pour le coaching EMDR\" width=\"500\" height=\"90\" srcset=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Smiley.jpg 411w, https:\/\/remstim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Smiley-300x54.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/> Alors que -10 repr\u00e9sente le pire stress imaginable, 0 symbolise un \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel neutre. 10 d\u00e9signe un \u00e9tat qui ne peut pas \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9 : on ne peut pas faire plus beau ni mieux ! Nous utilisons \u00e9galement l&#8217;\u00e9chelle bipolaire de l&#8217;\u00e9motion subjective dans le guide d&#8217;auto-coaching EMDR en 6 \u00e9tapes. Le protocole EMDR classique utilise ici une \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 10, o\u00f9 0 ne repr\u00e9sente pas de stress et 10 le stress maximal.  <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/SUD-Wert.jpg\" alt=\"Valeur SUD EMDR\" width=\"501\" height=\"193\">Comme le protocole EMDR classique est utilis\u00e9 en th\u00e9rapie, cette \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 10 est suffisante. En effet, la th\u00e9rapie consiste g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 \u00e9valuer le degr\u00e9 de malaise. Comme l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/emdr-desensibilisation-et-retraitement-des-mouvements-oculaires_\/\">EMDR<\/a> a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Francine_Shapiro\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Francine Shapiro<\/a> et qu&#8217;elle vient des \u00c9tats-Unis, cette \u00e9chelle s&#8217;appelle \u00e0 l&#8217;origine <strong>subjective units of disturbance (SUD)<\/strong>, ce qui se traduit librement en fran\u00e7ais par <strong>degr\u00e9 subjectif de malaise<\/strong>. Cependant, en coaching ou <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/bases-pour-lapplication-de-lemdr-dans-le-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/appliquer-lemdr-en-auto-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/\">en auto-coaching<\/a>, il n&#8217;est pas rare que nous ressentions des \u00e9motions positives, m\u00eame si ce n&#8217;est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement qu&#8217;apr\u00e8s une application d&#8217;auto-coaching EMDR. Et il faut aussi les percevoir et les \u00e9valuer. C&#8217;est pourquoi je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les  <strong>\u00e9chelle bipolaire de -10 \u00e0 (+)10.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h1>Pourquoi est-il important d&#8217;estimer et de noter le degr\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9motion subjective ?<\/h1>\n<p>  Le simple fait de se confronter \u00e0 ses propres \u00e9motions et de les \u00e9valuer favorise le processus de maturation personnelle. En effet, nous constatons que le malaise personnel peut prendre diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s. Ainsi, le stress avec le patron peut correspondre \u00e0 un -3 sur notre \u00e9chelle, tandis que l&#8217;accident sur la route avec son propre v\u00e9hicule repr\u00e9sente un -5. Lorsque nous abordons ensuite le sujet individuel en auto-coaching EMDR et <strong>que<\/strong> nous <strong>\u00e9valuons<\/strong> \u00e0 nouveau le niveau de stress <strong>apr\u00e8s l&#8217;auto-coaching<\/strong>, nous constatons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avec plaisir qu&#8217;il y a eu une diminution du sentiment de stress<a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/bases-pour-lapplication-de-lemdr-dans-le-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/effets-de-stimulation-de-lemdr\/\">(effets de l&#8217;EMDR<\/a>). L&#8217;\u00e9valuation de l&#8217;intensit\u00e9 de notre malaise avant et apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance d&#8217;autocoaching nous fait prendre conscience que nous ne sommes pas impuissants face \u00e0 nos \u00e9motions et que nous pouvons r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 nous aider nous-m\u00eames. Silke* raconte ainsi qu&#8217;un -3 d\u00fb au stress g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la r\u00e9alisation d&#8217;une pr\u00e9sentation dans un d\u00e9lai tr\u00e8s court pour le travail s&#8217;est transform\u00e9 en (+)2 apr\u00e8s l&#8217;auto-coaching, en raison d&#8217;une r\u00e9\u00e9valuation personnelle de la situation. Silke a ensuite consid\u00e9r\u00e9 que son patron <strong>lui<\/strong> avait <strong>justement<\/strong> confi\u00e9 cette t\u00e2che parce qu&#8217;il savait qu&#8217;elle seule \u00e9tait capable de faire une pr\u00e9sentation de qualit\u00e9 en peu de temps, ce qui augmentait les chances de l&#8217;entreprise d&#8217;attirer le nouveau client vers elle ! Tout \u00e0 coup, elle a ressenti de la fiert\u00e9 et s&#8217;est mise au travail avec un bon sentiment. La pr\u00e9sentation a \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s !  <\/p>\n<h2>Nous gagnons en tol\u00e9rance au stress et avons des objectifs plus ambitieux<\/h2>\n<p>  La prise de conscience de notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer positivement nos propres \u00e9motions nous permet de d\u00e9velopper notre tol\u00e9rance au stress et nos comp\u00e9tences \u00e9motionnelles. Le simple fait de savoir que nous ne devons pas avoir peur du stress et d&#8217;autres charges \u00e9motionnelles nous permet d&#8217;une part d&#8217;accueillir plus ouvertement les d\u00e9fis de notre vie et d&#8217;autre part de nous attaquer \u00e0 des objectifs encore plus importants si nous le souhaitons. Je me demande alors <em><strong>&#8220;De quoi pourrais-je me passer en ce moment ?&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> et je note les sujets qui me d\u00e9rangent sans trop y r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir. Cela ne prend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement gu\u00e8re plus de 10 minutes. Ensuite, j&#8217;estime le degr\u00e9 actuel de mon \u00e9motion subjective pour chaque th\u00e8me et je note la valeur sur la feuille pour chaque th\u00e8me. Ensuite, je choisis l&#8217;un des th\u00e8mes dont l&#8217;ampleur est la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire qui me cause un grand malaise, je me rends \u00e0 mon fauteuil pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 et je m&#8217;en occupe lors d&#8217;une <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/sauto-coacher-en-6-etapes-avec-emdr-grace-a-remstim-3000\/\">s\u00e9ance d&#8217;auto-coaching EMDR<\/a> avec les <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/remstim-3000\/\">lunettes EMDR REMSTIM 3000<\/a>. J&#8217;utilise alors le <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/sauto-coacher-en-6-etapes-avec-emdr-grace-a-remstim-3000\/telecharger-le-guide-dauto-coaching-emdr-en-6-etapes\/\">guide d&#8217;autocoaching en 6 \u00e9tapes<\/a>. Comme une telle s\u00e9ance ne dure g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que quelques minutes, je peux parfois traiter un deuxi\u00e8me sujet avec un degr\u00e9 de malaise \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s similaire. Souvent, je constate que les th\u00e8mes sont li\u00e9s entre eux. Si je supprime ma r\u00e9action \u00e9motionnelle \u00e0 un sujet, j&#8217;ai toujours de bonnes chances d&#8217;envisager d&#8217;autres sujets qui m&#8217;impliquent de mani\u00e8re aigu\u00eb sous un jour nouveau et plus agr\u00e9able. Dans la plupart des cas, je me sens beaucoup mieux apr\u00e8s. Je me sens plus calme et plus \u00e0 la hauteur de mes t\u00e2ches. Le sentiment que les choses me d\u00e9passaient a fait place \u00e0 une nouvelle envie d&#8217;agir. Mais il y a certainement aussi des sujets que je ne souhaite pas auto-coacher seul, car leur degr\u00e9 de pression me semble actuellement trop \u00e9lev\u00e9. Je d\u00e9cide alors de supporter ce sujet et de le mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour l&#8217;instant, afin de voir si le temps pass\u00e9 ici apporte un certain soulagement. Souvent, je me risque \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance d&#8217;auto-coaching EMDR plus tard, en raison d&#8217;une baisse du niveau de stress. Parfois, j&#8217;emm\u00e8ne ensuite ce sujet chez mon coach.
