C&#8217;est un \u00e9tat de d\u00e9solation dans lequel rien ne semble avoir de sens. Nos propres sentiments sont tout simplement \u00e9crasants, ils changent en outre souvent rapidement et de mani\u00e8re inattendue ; nous passons ainsi directement d&#8217;un sentiment de col\u00e8re \u00e0 la tristesse, puis \u00e0 l&#8217;indiff\u00e9rence, ou inversement. Ce va-et-vient d&#8217;\u00e9motions est un compagnon quasi quotidien. Souvent, on ne se reconna\u00eet plus du tout parce qu&#8217;on se comporte tout simplement diff\u00e9remment de la normale et qu&#8217;on ne sait plus o\u00f9 est l&#8217;avant et l&#8217;arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>En cas de chagrin d&#8217;amour, les choses et les activit\u00e9s quotidiennes sont souvent assombries par des ruminations constantes. Le <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/douleur-de-la-separation\/\">chagrin d&#8217;amour<\/a> donne l&#8217;impression de se briser int\u00e9rieurement et que tout le reste autour de soi se d\u00e9roule au ralenti, perdant tout simplement de sa pertinence. Ces sentiments, ces pens\u00e9es et cette confusion sont des processus tout \u00e0 fait normaux qui se produisent dans presque toutes les <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/douleur-de-la-separation\/\">douleurs de la s\u00e9paration<\/a>. Mais on ne peut s&#8217;en d\u00e9barrasser que si l&#8217;on parvient \u00e0 surmonter durablement le chagrin d&#8217;amour. Il s&#8217;agit notamment de travailler sur la s\u00e9paration et de faire le deuil de la relation pass\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour de nombreuses personnes concern\u00e9es, il est cependant tr\u00e8s difficile de s&#8217;imaginer continuer \u00e0 vivre sans le partenaire aim\u00e9. Dans un premier temps, tout semble d\u00e9nu\u00e9 de sens. Ce qui est s\u00fbr, en revanche, c&#8217;est que toute rupture peut \u00eatre trait\u00e9e. Tout chagrin d&#8217;amour peut \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9. Habituellement, ce d\u00e9fi s&#8217;accompagne de beaucoup de temps, de nuits blanches et surtout de larmes. Conseils utiles pour surmonter la peine de c\u0153ur<\/h2>\n<p>On pourrait maintenant s&#8217;enfermer quelques jours, faire l&#8217;autruche et attendre que les choses s&#8217;am\u00e9liorent d&#8217;elles-m\u00eames. Apr\u00e8s tout, pour le moment, il n&#8217;y a de toute fa\u00e7on aucune motivation \u00e0 prendre des initiatives. Le temps finit par gu\u00e9rir toutes les blessures ; dit-on ! Malheureusement, ce n&#8217;est pas toujours le cas. L&#8217;enfermement peut aussi avoir l&#8217;effet inverse :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les pens\u00e9es tournent en permanence autour de l&#8217;amour disparu et de la s\u00e9paration.<\/li>\n<li>Le chagrin d&#8217;amour peut devenir de plus en plus intense, ce qui rend la douleur de la s\u00e9paration plus d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able que n\u00e9cessaire. Les lignes suivantes fournissent des recommandations d&#8217;action utiles :<\/p>\n<h3>1. mettre fin \u00e0 tout contact !<\/h3>\n<p>C&#8217;est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 douloureuse, mais cette \u00e9tape est imp\u00e9rative. Il faut absolument couper tout contact avec son ex, au moins pendant le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison de son propre c\u0153ur. On r\u00eave certainement de reconqu\u00e9rir l&#8217;\u00eatre aim\u00e9, on veut peut-\u00eatre se battre pour la relation et on esp\u00e8re qu&#8217;il y aura quand m\u00eame une fin heureuse. Mais il est tr\u00e8s rare que cela se produise r\u00e9ellement. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, un contact suppl\u00e9mentaire avec l&#8217;ex rouvrirait toujours les blessures caus\u00e9es par la rupture. Les personnes en proie \u00e0 un chagrin d&#8217;amour esp\u00e8rent v\u00e9ritablement que le contact leur permettra de prendre un nouveau d\u00e9part. Mais si ces espoirs sont d\u00e9\u00e7us, la douloureuse v\u00e9rit\u00e9 refait toujours surface. Le chagrin d&#8217;amour et la peine de c\u0153ur n&#8217;auraient pas de fin. Le fait de rester en contact ne permet en aucun cas de surmonter un chagrin d&#8217;amour. Le &#8220;blocage des contacts&#8221; peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s productive, par exemple en r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissant \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame. Il suffit d&#8217;aller au fond de ses propres d\u00e9sirs, besoins et id\u00e9es sur la relation. Il se peut m\u00eame que l&#8217;on devienne lucide et que l&#8217;on doive s&#8217;avouer \u00e0 soi-m\u00eame que la relation n&#8217;avait au fond plus aucune chance et qu&#8217;une s\u00e9paration \u00e9tait la meilleure solution pour les deux personnes concern\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Les personnes qui ne se sentent pas en mesure de couper totalement les ponts avec leur ex-partenaire ont de bonnes chances de s&#8217;aider elles-m\u00eames gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/bases-pour-lapplication-de-lemdr-dans-le-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/appliquer-lemdr-en-auto-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/\">EMDR en auto-coaching<\/a>. Le processus de d\u00e9tachement est fortement soutenu lors de l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/bases-pour-lapplication-de-lemdr-dans-le-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/appliquer-lemdr-en-auto-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/\">auto-coaching EMDR<\/a>. Le l\u00e2cher-prise est facilit\u00e9 car la <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/domaines-dapplication-de-lemdr-dans-le-coaching\/reduire-le-stress-et-les-tensions\/\">charge \u00e9motionnelle<\/a>, en particulier, est r\u00e9duite.<\/p>\n<h4>2. \u00e9vitez de ruminer !<\/h4>\n<p>Il n&#8217;y a rien de mal \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir, mais il ne faut surtout pas commencer \u00e0 broyer du noir. Des questions typiques \u00e0 se poser en cas de chagrin d&#8217;amour sont par exemple<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <em>Aurais-je pu faire quelque chose ?<\/em><br \/>\n<em>  &#8211; Pourquoi je n&#8217;ai rien remarqu\u00e9 ?<\/em><br \/>\n<em>  &#8211; Aurais-je pu sauver la relation ?<\/em><br \/>\n<em>  &#8211; Qu&#8217;est-ce que j&#8217;ai fait de mal ?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ces ruminations ne m\u00e8nent finalement \u00e0 aucune solution. Elle ne fait que d\u00e9clencher le doute sur soi et constitue la base d&#8217;une mauvaise <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/domaines-dapplication-de-lemdr-dans-le-coaching\/renforcer-limage-de-soi-et-la-confiance-en-soi\/\">image et d&#8217;une mauvaise estime de soi.<\/a> Les pens\u00e9es devraient plut\u00f4t \u00eatre fix\u00e9es sur soi-m\u00eame. On pourrait ainsi r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d&#8217;organiser sa vie pour qu&#8217;elle soit \u00e0 nouveau source de joie, de sorte que la peine de c\u0153ur puisse \u00eatre surmont\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/emdr-desensibilisation-et-retraitement-des-mouvements-oculaires_\/\">L&#8217;EMDR<\/a> est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s efficace pour mettre fin aux ruminations et aux boucles de pens\u00e9es.
