C&#8217;est notamment le cas lorsque nous continuons \u00e0 ressentir des sentiments intenses pour notre ex-partenaire. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les personnes disposent de suffisamment de flexibilit\u00e9 et de force \u00e9motionnelles et mentales pour faire face \u00e0 de nouvelles situations. Lors des s\u00e9parations, ces capacit\u00e9s sont souvent d\u00e9pass\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Lors d&#8217;un chagrin d&#8217;amour, notre c\u0153ur et notre \u00e2me semblent \u00eatre envahis par une lourdeur presque gigantesque. Ce n&#8217;est pas sans raison que l&#8217;on parle de peine de c\u0153ur. Lorsqu&#8217;une s\u00e9paration douloureuse se produit avec un partenaire aim\u00e9, nous ressentons les sympt\u00f4mes typiques de la <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/douleur-de-la-separation\/\">douleur de la s\u00e9paration<\/a>. style=\"text-align: left;\">Chagrin d&#8217;amour : aper\u00e7u des sympt\u00f4mes<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Outre la <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/douleur-de-la-separation\/\">douleur de la s\u00e9paration<\/a>, le chagrin d&#8217;amour peut d\u00e9clencher de nombreux autres sympt\u00f4mes qui ne peuvent pas \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement class\u00e9s comme douleur amoureuse. Par exemple, des maux de t\u00eate ou des troubles gastriques peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre dus \u00e0 un chagrin d&#8217;amour. Il est important d&#8217;\u00e9couter ce que l&#8217;on ressent et comment on le ressent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Crises de larmes<\/strong>: les crises de larmes sont typiques d&#8217;un chagrin prononc\u00e9 d\u00fb \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chec d&#8217;une relation. Il suffit d&#8217;un petit d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ment pour qu&#8217;elles se d\u00e9clenchent. Parfois, elles semblent m\u00eame survenir sans raison, comme si elles venaient de nulle part. Cette r\u00e9action indique une faible tol\u00e9rance au stress, ce qui est compr\u00e9hensible \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que notre corps est soumis \u00e0 un stress massif en cas de chagrin d&#8217;amour. Il est important de ne pas avoir honte de ses larmes, ni de vouloir les r\u00e9primer d&#8217;une quelconque mani\u00e8re. Les larmes et la tristesse sont importantes pour pouvoir surmonter le chagrin \u00e0 long terme. Les pleurs sont un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important du deuil et donc de la gestion de la douleur amoureuse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Un comportement agressif<\/strong>: Celui qui vient d&#8217;\u00eatre quitt\u00e9 par son partenaire est incroyablement d\u00e9\u00e7u, vex\u00e9, mais aussi en col\u00e8re. Apr\u00e8s tout, un monde est en train de s&#8217;\u00e9crouler. On a l&#8217;impression que l&#8217;avenir nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9 et que tout va de travers. La vie ne semble plus avoir de sens r\u00e9el. Dans ce contexte, un comportement agressif peut rapidement se manifester, tant \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur qu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur. L&#8217;agressivit\u00e9 indique la propre col\u00e8re que l&#8217;on peut ressentir apr\u00e8s une rupture. Et ce n&#8217;est pas parce que la col\u00e8re est un sentiment socialement proscrit que ce sentiment fait partie de nous, les humains ; ce n&#8217;est donc pas quelque chose dont nous devons avoir honte. Il est seulement utile de canaliser notre col\u00e8re dans les bonnes directions. En effet, un comportement agressif pourrait par exemple avoir des r\u00e9percussions n\u00e9gatives sur les amiti\u00e9s de notre entourage. Il s&#8217;agit ici de chercher un \u00e9quilibre. Les personnes qui constatent un comportement agressif chez elles peuvent par exemple r\u00e9duire leur stress en faisant du sport ou m\u00eame en pratiquant des exercices de relaxation. L&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/fr\/bases-pour-lapplication-de-lemdr-dans-le-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/appliquer-lemdr-en-auto-coaching-avec-le-remstim-3000\/\">auto-coaching EMDR<\/a> permet notamment de calibrer et de r\u00e9guler rapidement et efficacement les \u00e9motions fortes telles que la col\u00e8re et la rage.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Peur de l&#8217;avenir<\/strong>: la peur de l&#8217;avenir s&#8217;installe presque naturellement apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9paration. Apr\u00e8s tout, on avait forg\u00e9 des plans communs &#8211; peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame pendant des ann\u00e9es &#8211; qui ont maintenant tous \u00e9t\u00e9 jet\u00e9s par-dessus bord. On ne sait pas vraiment ce qu&#8217;on va faire et on ne peut pas encore imaginer la vie sans son partenaire. Il est utile ici de se demander, par exemple, ce que l&#8217;on faisait avant d&#8217;\u00eatre en couple, apr\u00e8s tout, on y avait aussi une vie. Il est donc tout \u00e0 fait possible de continuer \u00e0 vivre sans son ex, d&#8217;emprunter des voies nouvelles et personnelles qui permettront peut-\u00eatre de concr\u00e9tiser de toutes nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s. Peut-\u00eatre pourrait-on enfin r\u00e9aliser un r\u00eave particulier qui n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas possible avant la s\u00e9paration.
