Le chagrin d&#8217;amour peut prendre tellement de facettes diff\u00e9rentes et \u00e0 chaque fois, il se sent un peu diff\u00e9rent. Personne ne souhaite vivre la peine de c\u0153ur. Peut-\u00eatre d\u00e8s que la prochaine relation se terminera parce que nous l&#8217;aurons (\u00e0 nouveau) commenc\u00e9e pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment avec tout notre bagage \u00e9motionnel. Il est presque impossible de surmonter un chagrin d&#8217;amour de cette mani\u00e8re. Souvent, le fait de se retirer et d&#8217;\u00eatre seul rend la s\u00e9paration encore plus douloureuse. L&#8217;estime de soi diminue. Les distractions peuvent ici aider \u00e0 se changer les id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, nos amis nous donnent de la force. Une soir\u00e9e cin\u00e9ma en commun ou simplement un repas entre amis permet de garder un lien avec la vie quotidienne normale et nous prot\u00e8ge de l&#8217;isolement.<\/p>\n<h4>Rechercher la confiance en soi et augmenter l&#8217;estime de soi<\/h4>\n<p>L&#8217;un des sympt\u00f4mes typiques du chagrin d&#8217;amour est le fait de se bl\u00e2mer soi-m\u00eame. Apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9paration, la question est toujours la m\u00eame : pourquoi ? Et souvent, la r\u00e9ponse est recherch\u00e9e en soi-m\u00eame. Soudain, tout ce que l&#8217;on a fait est mal, on se sent mal et l&#8217;estime de soi diminue automatiquement.<\/p>\n<p>Cela fait du bien de ne pas chercher la faute uniquement chez soi ! Le mieux est toutefois de ne pas vouloir d\u00e9signer de coupable du tout. Les s\u00e9parations, aussi douloureuses et tragiques soient-elles, se produisent simplement quand le moment est venu.<\/p>\n<p>Il y a suffisamment de raisons pour cela. Tout finit par changer. Il se peut aussi que le contexte de la relation ait simplement chang\u00e9 ? Peut-\u00eatre que les souhaits et les id\u00e9es communs ont diverg\u00e9 ? Peut-\u00eatre que d&#8217;autres objectifs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 poursuivis ? Il y a de nombreuses raisons qui provoquent une coupure dans la relation. Il n&#8217;y a donc pas lieu de se poser des questions sur soi-m\u00eame et de se culpabiliser, pourrait-on penser. Mais l&#8217;estime de soi souffre de l&#8217;abandon. prise ! Le chagrin d&#8217;amour entra\u00eene le r\u00e9flexe d&#8217;agrafage<\/h4>\n<p>Quand nous perdons quelque chose qui nous est tr\u00e8s cher, nous voulons le r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer le plus vite possible. Peu importe ce que c&#8217;est, nous voulons le garder. En particulier, le partenaire sans lequel nous ne pouvons plus imaginer vivre ne doit en aucun cas \u00eatre perdu. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous essayons de nous y tenir m\u00eame apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9paration. Les personnes abandonn\u00e9es portent presque toujours en elles l&#8217;espoir que leur ex-partenaire puisse revenir. Cependant, plus nous nous accrochons \u00e0 notre ex-partenaire, plus le chagrin d&#8217;amour que nous voulons en fait surmonter devient intense. C&#8217;est tellement difficile de l\u00e2cher prise, mais c&#8217;est n\u00e9cessaire pour pouvoir tourner la page et surmonter la douleur de la s\u00e9paration.
