Les r\u00e9flexes peuvent ainsi \u00eatre reconsid\u00e9r\u00e9s et remplac\u00e9s par de nouvelles strat\u00e9gies comportementales intentionnelles.<\/p>\n<h2>Certaines exp\u00e9riences d\u00e9passent nos m\u00e9canismes naturels de traitement<\/h2>\n<p>Cependant, \u00e0 partir d&#8217;un certain niveau d&#8217;excitation, il peut arriver que l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience marquante d\u00e9passe les <strong>m\u00e9canismes de traitement de notre corps<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Par exemple, les victimes d&#8217;un accident, les v\u00e9t\u00e9rans de guerre ou les victimes d&#8217;une agression ont d\u00fb faire face \u00e0 une situation dans laquelle ils \u00e9taient extr\u00eamement stress\u00e9s, voire confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la mort. Pendant ce temps, le corps se trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans un \u00e9tat d&#8217;excitation \u00e9motionnelle extr\u00eame : un \u00e9tat d&#8217;exception.
