En revivant bri\u00e8vement et consciemment de telles situations et en utilisant des stimuli bilat\u00e9raux, il est possible de cr\u00e9er une r\u00e9sonance \u00e9motionnelle plus profonde.  <\/p>\n<h2>Ancrage neuro-\u00e9motionnel et promotion de la r\u00e9silience<\/h2>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes neuroscientifiques indiquent que les \u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels positifs, lorsqu&#8217;ils sont activ\u00e9s consciemment et renforc\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e, n&#8217;ont pas seulement pour effet d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer l&#8217;humeur \u00e0 court terme, mais contribuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 la r\u00e9silience \u00e0 long terme.
