Ils influencent votre <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/das-eigene-selbstbild-selbstvertrauen-staerken-post-for-site\/\">image de soi<\/a>, votre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 vous faire confiance \u2013 et souvent aussi votre cheminement dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/emdr-prozess-8-phasen\/\">traitement EMDR<\/a>. Beaucoup de personnes constatent qu&#8217;elles travaillent \u00e9motionnellement et mentalement sur un souvenir p\u00e9nible, mais d\u00e8s qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;accepter une pens\u00e9e positive, quelque chose bloque. Dans cet article, nous allons examiner cela de pr\u00e8s&nbsp;: pourquoi les sentiments de culpabilit\u00e9 provoquent ce blocage, ce que pr\u00e9voit le processus EMDR classique \u2013 et comment vous pouvez n\u00e9anmoins progresser en auto-coaching.   <\/p>\n<h3>1. Que sont les sentiments de culpabilit\u00e9 \u2013 et o\u00f9 se trouvent leurs racines&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p>Les sentiments de culpabilit\u00e9 naissent souvent du sentiment d&#8217;avoir mal agi, d&#8217;avoir enfreint ses propres valeurs \u2013 ou parce que les choses se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es diff\u00e9remment de ce que vous auriez souhait\u00e9. Ils peuvent r\u00e9sulter d&#8217;\u00e9v\u00e9nements r\u00e9els, d&#8217;attentes que l&#8217;on n&#8217;a jamais satisfaites ou d&#8217;images int\u00e9rieures de ce qui <em>aurait d\u00fb \u00eatre<\/em>. Parfois, ils sont profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9s dans des exp\u00e9riences o\u00f9 vous vous sentiez responsable \u2013 que ce soit pour votre propre vie ou pour le bien-\u00eatre des autres.  <\/p>\n<p>Cette culpabilit\u00e9 est rarement purement rationnelle. Elle a des composantes \u00e9motionnelles, morales et souvent aussi physiques&nbsp;: un tiraillement dans le ventre, une boule dans la gorge, des nuits blanches. Elle n&#8217;est pas seulement une \u0153uvre de la pens\u00e9e \u2013 elle est li\u00e9e \u00e0 tout votre syst\u00e8me.  <\/p>\n<h3>2. Le d\u00e9roulement classique de l&#8217;EMDR \u2013 et ce que signifie la troisi\u00e8me phase<\/h3>\n<p>Avant de nous pencher sur l&#8217;auto-coaching, il est utile de comprendre le d\u00e9roulement de l&#8217;EMDR classique \u2013 en particulier la phase&nbsp;3, la phase dite d&#8217;<strong>\u00e9valuation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p>Dans la phase&nbsp;3, il se passe ce qui suit&nbsp;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vous \u00eates invit\u00e9 \u00e0 vous souvenir du souvenir p\u00e9nible \u2013 l&#8217;image la plus d\u00e9rangeante, la situation qui vous cause le plus de douleur.<\/li>\n<li>Vous nommez la <strong>cognition n\u00e9gative<\/strong> (CN)&nbsp;: la phrase p\u00e9nible qui est li\u00e9e au souvenir, par exemple \u00ab&nbsp;Je suis coupable&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;J&#8217;\u00e9tais impuissant&nbsp;\u00bb ou \u00ab&nbsp;J&#8217;ai \u00e9chou\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, une <strong>cognition positive<\/strong> (CP) doit \u00eatre formul\u00e9e&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Qu&#8217;est-ce que tu pr\u00e9f\u00e9rerais penser de toi&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>La CP est \u00e9valu\u00e9e avec l&#8217;<strong>\u00e9chelle VoC<\/strong> (1&nbsp;=&nbsp;incroyable, 7&nbsp;=&nbsp;tout \u00e0 fait cr\u00e9dible).<\/li>\n<li>Le degr\u00e9 \u00e9motionnel de la charge est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u2013 avec l&#8217;<strong>\u00e9chelle SUD<\/strong> (0&nbsp;=&nbsp;aucune charge, 10&nbsp;=&nbsp;charge maximale).<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, vous d\u00e9crivez vos <strong>sensations corporelles<\/strong>&nbsp;: o\u00f9 ressentez-vous les sentiments&nbsp;?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette phase est d\u00e9cisive, car elle jette les bases de la phase&nbsp;4 \u2013 le traitement proprement dit.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Pourquoi les sentiments de culpabilit\u00e9 rendent-ils si difficile l&#8217;acceptation d&#8217;une cognition positive&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p>La culpabilit\u00e9 n&#8217;est pas un probl\u00e8me qui dispara\u00eet simplement. Elle agit en profondeur, car elle r\u00e9unit plusieurs dynamiques psychiques&nbsp;: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ambivalence&nbsp;:<\/strong> Rationnellement, vous savez peut-\u00eatre que vous n&#8217;\u00e9tiez pas responsable. Mais \u00e9motionnellement, vous vous accrochez \u00e0 des images int\u00e9rieures. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Autoprotection&nbsp;:<\/strong> La culpabilit\u00e9 cr\u00e9e un sentiment de contr\u00f4le. Vous croyez&nbsp;: si je suis coupable, j&#8217;aurais pu changer les choses. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Attachement&nbsp;:<\/strong> La culpabilit\u00e9 peut vous relier int\u00e9rieurement \u00e0 des personnes qui ont subi des dommages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Familiarit\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/strong> La culpabilit\u00e9 est souvent ancienne, connue, famili\u00e8re. Le nouveau semble \u00e9trange, voire mena\u00e7ant. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. L&#8217;autoprotection \u2013 pas une erreur, mais un indice important<\/h3>\n<p>La r\u00e9sistance int\u00e9rieure n&#8217;est pas un signe de faiblesse, mais d&#8217;un syst\u00e8me d&#8217;autoprotection qui fonctionne. Votre corps, votre psych\u00e9 veulent vous pr\u00e9server. Lorsque les sentiments de culpabilit\u00e9 deviennent visibles, c&#8217;est un signe&nbsp;: vous \u00eates pr\u00eat \u00e0 trouver une nouvelle fa\u00e7on de les g\u00e9rer.  <\/p>\n<h3>5. Comment une th\u00e9rapeute ou un th\u00e9rapeute exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 peut vous aider<\/h3>\n<p>Dans les s\u00e9ances EMDR professionnelles, des questions cibl\u00e9es, un accompagnement empathique et des processus structur\u00e9s aident \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper une pens\u00e9e positive qui semble <em>coh\u00e9rente<\/em>. C&#8217;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans le cas de la culpabilit\u00e9 que ce processus est complexe et n\u00e9cessite du doigt\u00e9. <\/p>\n<h3>6. Comment cela fonctionne-t-il diff\u00e9remment en auto-coaching&nbsp;?<\/h3>\n<p>En auto-coaching, les questions th\u00e9rapeutiques disparaissent. C&#8217;est pourquoi j&#8217;ai adapt\u00e9 mon propre mod\u00e8le d&#8217;auto-coaching EMDR&nbsp;: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La phase&nbsp;3 classique est d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment simplifi\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Apr\u00e8s avoir ressenti l&#8217;image, l&#8217;\u00e9motion et la r\u00e9action corporelle, on peut passer directement au traitement.<\/li>\n<li>Ce n&#8217;est qu&#8217;ensuite qu&#8217;une <strong>premi\u00e8re pens\u00e9e positive<\/strong> est invit\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette pens\u00e9e ne doit pas \u00eatre parfaite, ni logique, ni appropri\u00e9e. Elle peut sembler banale, voire absurde&nbsp;: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00ab&nbsp;Ma bouilloire ressemble \u00e0 un canard.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab&nbsp;Ma plante d&#8217;int\u00e9rieur se penche toujours du m\u00eame c\u00f4t\u00e9.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab&nbsp;Je me souviens du bruit du gravier sous mes chaussures.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces pens\u00e9es apparemment sans rapport peuvent d\u00e9clencher un l\u00e9ger sourire. Et c&#8217;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment cela le d\u00e9but. Le d\u00e9but d&#8217;un mouvement int\u00e9rieur.  <\/p>\n<h3>7. Impulsions pratiques&nbsp;: ce que vous pouvez faire concr\u00e8tement<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ressentez votre corps \u2013 percevez la charge sans \u00e9valuation.<\/li>\n<li>Nommez l&#8217;image, la pens\u00e9e, le sentiment et la sensation corporelle.<\/li>\n<li>Formulez une premi\u00e8re pens\u00e9e positive \u2013 ou prenez simplement ce qui vient spontan\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez cette pens\u00e9e si elle vous fait du bien. Pourquoi est-ce important pour votre cheminement<\/h3>\n<p>Si vous restez bloqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la phase&nbsp;3, la phase&nbsp;4 ne commence jamais. En simplifiant l&#8217;auto-coaching, vous vous permettez de passer \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape suivante \u2013 m\u00eame sans r\u00e9ponse parfaite. Il ne s&#8217;agit pas de conviction, mais de permission. Une pens\u00e9e discr\u00e8te comme&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Je peux continuer diff\u00e9remment&nbsp;\u00bb peut tout changer.   <\/p>\n<h3>9. R\u00e9sum\u00e9 et invitation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reconnaissez l&#8217;effet de la culpabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Ne formulez pas une phrase parfaite \u2013 mais une phrase qui vous semble juste un peu plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Faites confiance&nbsp;: la premi\u00e8re pens\u00e9e suffit.
