Secondo gli scienziati, circa 1,5 milioni di ragni vivono in un&#8217;area di 4.000 metri quadrati in Europa centrale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Quasi un tedesco su dieci soffre di paura dei ragni, la cosiddetta aracnofobia. Gli esperti sospettano che le persone abbiano avuto paura di questi viscidi vermi per diverse centinaia di anni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A prima vista, la fobia dei ragni sembra del tutto inappropriata, dato che alle nostre latitudini esistono solo due esemplari in grado di produrre ferite dolorose da morso. In base a ci\u00f2, la pericolosit\u00e0 oggettiva di questi insetti gioca un ruolo minore nello sviluppo della paura dei ragni.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sono piuttosto altri aspetti, come il fatto che appaiono apparentemente senza preavviso e quindi all&#8217;improvviso, e di solito fanno cambiamenti imprevedibili e rapidi nei movimenti, a causare questa paura dei creepy-crawlies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Alcune persone sono spaventate dal fatto che il corpo di un ragno non assomiglia in alcun modo a quello umano. Ma anche un&#8217;esperienza negativa nella prima infanzia con questo animale pu\u00f2 portare alla fobia dei ragni. Inoltre, i genitori svolgono un ruolo importante come modelli nella formazione dell&#8217;aracnofobia. Se reagiscono in modo eccessivo all&#8217;incontro con l&#8217;insetto, insegnano letteralmente al bambino a temerlo.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Da dove viene la paura dei ragni<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La maggior parte prova disgusto, la cui base \u00e8 innata in ogni essere umano ed \u00e8 strettamente legata all&#8217;impulso di vomitare e vomitare. In passato, alcune culture credevano che i piccoli insetti potessero trasmettere malattie. Il disgusto serviva quindi come meccanismo di protezione. Secondo Charles Darwin, l&#8217;espressione facciale che ne deriva dovrebbe avvertire gli altri esseri umani di un potenziale pericolo. Di conseguenza, anche la paura dei ragni \u00e8 una reazione naturale che ha valore fin dalla memoria umana. Il suo scopo \u00e8 quello di indurci ad agire in situazioni di pericolo e pu\u00f2 quindi rivelarsi un salvavita.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Nella stragrande maggioranza dei casi, si tratta di una paura <span class=\"content\">non patologica<\/span> dei ragni, accompagnata da disagio e senso di nausea. class=\"clear\">La fobia dei ragni rischia di diventare <a title=\"Quando la paura diventa una malattia\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/it\/quando-la-paura-diventa-una-malattia\/\">patologica<\/a> solo se si evita per <strong>principio<\/strong> di andare in cantina, in garage o nel capanno del giardino, oppure se l&#8217;incontro con l&#8217;insetto strisciante provoca <strong>sempre panico<\/strong>. In queste circostanze, un esame pi\u00f9 approfondito della propria aracnofobia non pu\u00f2 far male. L&#8217;aracnofobia <a title=\"Quando la paura diventa una malattia\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/it\/quando-la-paura-diventa-una-malattia\/\">patologica<\/a> pu\u00f2 anche essere accompagnata da
