Zijn gevoelens, gedachten en handelingen worden gekenmerkt door achterdocht. Angsten zijn soms meer en soms minder concreet. Zoals zo vaak het geval is, speelt de subjectieve interpretatie van iemands omgeving de beslissende rol in de zorg zelf. Het zijn niet de dingen zelf die we vrezen, maar het idee ervan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Persoonlijke aandacht gaat uit naar angsten en mogelijke negatieve gevolgen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Met toenemende angst gaat het vermogen om te ontspannen zichtbaar verloren. Rusteloosheid kenmerkt de mentale en emotionele toestand van de piekeraar. Het gevaar van generalisatie neemt toe.
