Het is ontwikkeld door Dr Francine Shapiro.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube-videospeler\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/4QicOEiVLi4\" width=\"560\" height=\"430\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">EMDR wordt beschouwd als een effectieve methode voor de behandeling van <a title=\"Stress en spanning verminderen\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/toepassingsgebieden-van-emdr-in-coaching\/stress-en-spanning-verminderen\/\">stress en spanning<\/a>. Na een geslaagde EMDR-toepassing voelen de meeste mensen zich aanzienlijk opgelucht. Gevoelde overtuigingen die een negatieve invloed hebben op de interpretatie van de persoonlijke levenssituatie worden op een nieuwe en positieve manier geherformuleerd. Bij zelfcoaching kan de REMSTIM 3000 worden gebruikt om stress en de lasten van het dagelijks leven te verminderen. Snelle <a title=\"Flexibele oogbewegingen\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/basisprincipes-van-het-gebruik-van-emdr-in-coaching-met-de-remstim-3000\/flexibele-oogbewegingen\/\">oogbewegingen<\/a> spelen hier een doorslaggevende rol. In veel gevallen versterkt dit de hulpbronnen en helpt het bij het verwerken van stressvolle ervaringen die tal van gevoelens van stress oproepen. Volgens het theoretische model van adaptieve informatieverwerking zijn deze <a title=\"Emotionele markers dwalen af\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/het-oplossen-van-somatische-markers-dankzij-emdr\/\">stressvolle ervaringen<\/a> verankerd in geblokkeerde of onvolledig ge\u00efntegreerde geheugennetwerken van de hersenen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Volgens de huidige kennis is de oorzaak vermoedelijk een soort (verkeerde) opslag van de relevante herinneringen in de hersenen. Vooral als de oorzaak ligt in wat is meegemaakt. Herinneringen aan gebeurtenissen uit het verleden kunnen de oorzaak zijn van allerlei spanningen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">De methode van snelle oogbewegingen heeft (waarschijnlijk) een neurobiologisch effect. Maar hoe precies is nog niet bekend. Het is duidelijk dat stressvolle herinneringen en de daarmee gepaard gaande symptomen en gedragspatronen in veel gevallen merkbaar ten goede veranderen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">De <a title=\"Rapid Eye Movement Stimulatie\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/basisprincipes-van-het-gebruik-van-emdr-in-coaching-met-de-remstim-3000\/rapid-eye-movement-stimulatie\/\">bilaterale stimulatie<\/a> die inherent is aan de methode activeert uiteraard het zelfregulatiesysteem van de hersenen wanneer de normale mechanismen geblokkeerd zijn, en helpt zo de verwerking van stressvolle gedachten te versnellen.
