Want het is duidelijk dat deze processen in de hersenen regelmatig en vaak verstoord zijn bij slaapstoornissen. De gevolgen zijn vaak merkbare omstandigheden in het dagelijks leven, zoals<a title=\"Stress en spanning verminderen\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/toepassingsgebieden-van-emdr-in-coaching\/stress-en-spanning-verminderen\/\"> stress en rusteloosheid<\/a>, <a title=\"Omgaan met zorgen en verdriet\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/toepassingsgebieden-van-emdr-in-coaching\/omgaan-met-zorgen-en-verdriet\/\">zorgen en verdriet<\/a>, een <a title=\"Duidelijkheid cre\u00ebren over het doel &amp; conflicten oplossen\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/toepassingsgebieden-van-emdr-in-coaching\/duidelijkheid-creeren-over-het-doel-conflicten-oplossen\/\">gebrek aan besluitvaardigheid<\/a> of zelfs <a title=\"Je eigen zelfbeeld en zelfvertrouwen versterken\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/toepassingsgebieden-van-emdr-in-coaching\/je-eigen-zelfbeeld-en-zelfvertrouwen-versterken\/\">een afnemend zelfvertrouwen<\/a>. Emotionele en mentale fitheid lijdt eronder. Tijdens de REM-slaap moeten namelijk angsten worden overwonnen, problemen worden opgelost, <a title=\"Stimulerende effecten van EMDR\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/basisprincipes-van-het-gebruik-van-emdr-in-coaching-met-de-remstim-3000\/stimulerende-effecten-van-emdr\/\">nieuwe associaties<\/a> worden gemaakt en <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/toepassingsgebieden-van-emdr-in-coaching\/stress-en-spanning-verminderen\/\">stress worden verminderd<\/a>.<br class=\"clear\"><br class=\"clear\"><\/p>\n<p>Psychologen van de Universiteit van Californi\u00eb ontdekten dat de <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/rapid-eye-movement-het-volgen-van-de-rem-slaap\/\">slaapfase van Rapid Eye Movement <\/a>ook aanleiding geeft tot creativiteit en de verbeelding ongehinderd zijn gang laat gaan. Proefpersonen die tijdens hun dutje in Rapid Eye Movement-slaap waren gevallen, konden sneller woordreeksen vervolgen en sneller analogie\u00ebn vinden. Sigmund Freud veronderstelde ooit dat dromen een vorm van wissen en selecteren in het geheugen is, wat zeker trendsettend was. Want het is een feit dat de REM-slaap onmisbaar is voor de vorming van het geheugen en ons mentaal en emotioneel evenwicht. Tenslotte blijkt uit tests in slaaplaboratoria dat we merkbaar geestelijk en lichamelijk uitgeput zijn na herhaalde verkorting van de Rapid Eye Movement-slaap.<br class=\"clear\"><br class=\"clear\"><\/p>\n<h1>Snelle oogbeweging tijdens de REM-slaap is uiterst belangrijk voor ons herstel.<\/h1>\n<p>Een gebrek aan REM-slaap en dus aan Rapid Eye Movement leidt direct en snel tot uitputting. Dit wordt goed waargenomen in de drugsslaap, waarin de belangrijke afwisseling tussen de verschillende slaapfasen, waaronder de REM-slaapfase met zijn snelle oogbewegingen als cruciaal onderdeel van deze slaapfasen, aantoonbaar ontbreekt. Slapen onder drugs doet dan ook meer denken aan een &#8220;comateuze slaap&#8221;. Veel mensen kennen de kater die na drugsgebruik uit hun slaap ontwaakt.<br class=\"clear\"><br class=\"clear\"><\/p>\n<p>Bovendien, als de rapid eye movement slaap gedurende langere tijd wordt onderdrukt door drugsgebruik, leidt dit tot een merkbare en ernstige verslechtering van ons algemeen welzijn en onze prestaties. Als dergelijke geneesmiddelen later worden gestaakt, kan een zogenaamd reboundfenomeen optreden als uiting van de dringende behoefte om de <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/rapid-eye-movement-het-volgen-van-de-rem-slaap\/\">Rapid Eye Movement-slaap<\/a> in te halen.<br class=\"clear\"><br class=\"clear\"><\/p>\n<p>Kortom, als u mentaal en emotioneel goed uitgerust wilt zijn voor het dagelijks leven en andere uitdagingen, moet u zorgen voor een evenwichtige nachtrust met veel REM-slaap. Daarnaast is het simuleren van de REM-slaap terwijl u wakker bent door middel van <a title=\"Rapid Eye Movement Stimulatie\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/basisprincipes-van-het-gebruik-van-emdr-in-coaching-met-de-remstim-3000\/rapid-eye-movement-stimulatie\/\">Rapid Eye Movement stimulatie<\/a> zeer aan te
