Velen gaan met bewonderenswaardige kalmte om met de bijbehorende uitdaging, terwijl anderen in het zweet worden gedreven door examenvrees. Het begeleidt examenkandidaten in tal van situaties en verschijnt in verschillende vormen, zoals presentatieangst, plankenkoorts, uitvoeringsangst of spreekangst.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7514\" src=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Pruefungsangst-mit-EMDR-loesen.jpg\" alt=\"Examenvrees oplossen met EMDR\" width=\"340\" height=\"227\" srcset=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Pruefungsangst-mit-EMDR-loesen.jpg 424w, https:\/\/remstim.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Pruefungsangst-mit-EMDR-loesen-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/>Onderzoekszenuwen gaan gepaard met zowel mentale als fysieke sensaties. Het zijn vooral de vegetatieve symptomen die het leven van de getroffenen moeilijk kunnen maken. Naast innerlijke rusteloosheid kunnen ook hyperventilatie en hartkloppingen, en in bijzondere gevallen zweten en trillende handen optreden.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Dit kan vaak leiden tot concentratieproblemen, waarbij examenangst verhindert dat het geleerde wordt gemobiliseerd en de aandacht op de examenvragen wordt gericht.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Afhankelijk van de omvang en de duur van de ervaren angst wordt een onderscheid gemaakt tussen niet-zieke en reeds <a href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/als-angst-een-ziekte-wordt\/\">zieke angst<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In de meeste gevallen is het een normale angst en geen <a title=\"Als angst een ziekte wordt\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/als-angst-een-ziekte-wordt\/\">pathologische stoornis<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left;\">Wanneer angst de concentratie en het leervermogen verlamt<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Examenvrees is merkbaar door een verandering in spierspanning en een verandering in het autonome zenuwstelsel. Deze angst is in eerste instantie niets negatiefs. Want een gezonde hoeveelheid opwinding en dus plankenkoorts kan ons activeren en aanzetten tot topprestaties. In sommige gevallen kan de angstreactie de examinandus echter ook remmen en stress bezorgen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Reageren op bepaalde situaties met examenvrees is aangeleerd. Er zijn immers ook veel studenten en medestudenten die ondanks een slechte voorbereiding het examen veel rustiger aan doen. Spreekangst, presentatieangst, prestatieangst enz. worden niet zozeer veroorzaakt door het examen als zodanig. Veeleer spelen hier de eigen ervaringen en houdingen een beslissende rol. Afhankelijk van de subjectieve beoordeling van de examinator en de examensituatie, het belang van het examen en de eigen bekwaamheid, zal het lichaam reageren met prestatie- of spreekangst.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Veel mensen zetten zichzelf onder druk door in principe uit te gaan van een negatieve uitkomst of door verkeerde conclusies te trekken. In hun verbeelding en fantasie zien de getroffenen zichzelf hulpeloos voor het publiek staan met hun spreekangst. Ze zijn met name bang zichzelf in verlegenheid te brengen en niet aan de prestatie-eisen te voldoen. Elke gedachte veroorzaakt automatisch een verandering in de gevoelens. Examenzenuwen kunnen worden veroorzaakt door verschillende factoren, waaronder sociale normen, eerdere ervaringen met examensituaties of de opvoedingsstijl van de ouders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Liedjes zijn niet genoeg om te begrijpen wat de oorzaak is en waarom we examenvrees krijgen. Uiteindelijk wil iedereen die in zijn dagelijks leven belemmerd wordt door zijn examenvrees er vanaf.
