Als we door onze angsten worden achtervolgd, voelt het alsof onze angst diep in ons geworteld is; alsof hij altijd al een deel van ons is geweest.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Maar in de meeste gevallen is onze <a title=\"Angst: oorzaken en ontwikkeling van angsten\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/angst-oorzaken-en-ontwikkeling-van-angsten\/\">angst aangeleerd<\/a>. De oorzaken kunnen ver in ons verleden liggen, zodat we ze ons nauwelijks kunnen herinneren. Het goede is: wat we ooit geleerd hebben, kunnen we weer afleren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">De voorwerpen, dingen en situaties die wij vrezen zijn even talrijk als gevarieerd.<br \/>\n<br class=\"clear\">Angst komt in vele vormen. grote invloed op het &#8220;leren&#8221; van angsten. Als onderdeel van ons <a title=\"Angst: Hoe de amygdala onze angsten controleert\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/angst-hoe-de-amygdala-onze-angsten-controleert\/\">limbisch systeem<\/a> en het centrum van angst, slaat het hersengebied dat ook bekend staat als de amygdala ons angstgedrag op en controleert het. Terwijl het uitzicht vanaf de 3 meter hoge duiktoren (slechts) een onbehaaglijk gevoel in ons opwekt en ons op onze hoede maakt, kan alleen al de gedachte aan het komende examen genoeg zijn om ons te laten zweten, om ons hart wild te laten kloppen. Een daaruit voortvloeiende leerblokkade kan dan elke ambitie om te leren tenietdoen.<\/p>\n<p>Afhankelijk van de mate van ervaren emoties en gevoelens worden de <a title=\"Rapid Eye Movement - hoe be\u00efnvloedt de REM-slaap ons welzijn?\" href=\"https:\/\/remstim.com\/nl\/rapid-eye-movement-hoe-beinvloedt-de-rem-slaap-ons-welzijn\/\">REM-slaapfasen<\/a> verhinderd in de slaapcyclus die volgt op de indringende gebeurtenis.
