Ale co sprawia, \u017ce ta faza cyklu snu jest tak wyj\u0105tkowa?<\/p>\n<h1>Rapid Eye Movement &#8211; fakty na temat snu REM<\/h1>\n<p>Najbardziej typow\u0105 cech\u0105 snu REM jest sama nazwa tego etapu snu. REM to skr\u00f3t od Rapid Eye Movement, kt\u00f3ry opisuje szybkie ruchy oczu pod powiekami. Zgodnie z hipnogramem, fazy snu z szybkimi ruchami ga\u0142ek ocznych wyst\u0119puj\u0105 oko\u0142o 3 do 5 razy podczas nocnego odpoczynku i nast\u0119puj\u0105 po fazach snu g\u0142\u0119bokiego. Badania wraz z profilami snu wykaza\u0142y, \u017ce pierwsza faza REM wyst\u0119puje oko\u0142o 2 do 3 godzin po za\u015bni\u0119ciu i trwa tylko oko\u0142o 10 minut.
