Payment methods:
- Credit card
Payment by credit card. Your data is encrypted and transmitted securely. All major debit and credit cards are accepted. These payments are made with the payment service provider Stripe.
- PayPal (credit card, direct debit, bank transfer)
Payment by PayPal. After the order you will be redirected to PayPal where you can pay easily and securely through your account.
- Against prepayment with bank transfer
Our bank details will be displayed during the ordering process and will be sent to you after the order is completed. Provision and delivery will be made immediately after receipt of payment. Please note that a binding purchase contract is concluded and you are therefore obliged to pay. We ask for bank transfer within 7 days, thank you!
Transfer of risk: For consumers, the statutory provisions apply.
We ask you to notify us as soon as possible(contact) if the delivery is incomplete or damaged. If there is visible damage to the outer carton, please complain to the shipping company immediately upon delivery. Please have your complaint confirmed in writing.
We ship the REMSTIM 3000 exclusively in its protective case, so that damage is avoided as far as possible. If the REMSTIM 3000 has nevertheless been damaged during transport, please return it to us immediately complete with case, operating instructions and the original outer packaging as well as the shipping company’s confirmation of the complaint. You will receive new goods as soon as possible after we receive them.
