1. Cancellation policy for physical goods

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email, of your decision to cancel this contract.

You may use the model cancellation form listed below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

You can also submit your cancellation for physical goods via the online form below, provided it is made available on the website.

4. Note on digital products via CopeCart

Digital products, in particular the video tutorial advertised on this website, are not sold directly to the customer by Thomas Buhl. The purchase is made via the CopeCart sales platform.

CopeCart is the customer’s contractual partner for the purchase of the digital product. Contract conclusion, payment processing, invoicing, cancellation processing, and the handling of the purchase contract are carried out via CopeCart under the terms shown in the CopeCart checkout.

Digital products are therefore subject to the cancellation terms and legal notices provided in the CopeCart checkout.

Right of cancellation for digital content

For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier, consumers generally have a statutory right of cancellation.

However, this right of cancellation may expire if the consumer expressly agrees that performance of the contract begins before the cancellation period expires, and at the same time confirms that, by the start of performance, they lose their right of cancellation.

This applies in particular to digital content that is activated or made accessible immediately after purchase, for example a digital video tutorial via a protected course platform.

The corresponding declaration regarding the start of performance and the expiry of the right of cancellation is obtained in the CopeCart checkout, insofar as the digital product is to be provided immediately.

A cancellation of a digital product purchased via CopeCart must therefore be declared to CopeCart under the terms shown there.

These notes are provided solely for transparency. The terms of contract and cancellation conditions provided in the CopeCart checkout are decisive for the purchase of digital products via CopeCart.

5. Clarification

This cancellation policy applies directly to physical goods that you purchase via our online shop.

For digital products purchased via CopeCart, the terms shown in the CopeCart checkout apply. In this respect, Thomas Buhl is not the customer’s contractual partner for the purchase contract for the digital product.
