7. The decision to use, continue using, or discontinue an offer, product, or service from remstim.com is the sole responsibility of the respective user or customer.
8. Coaching, self-coaching, and mental training sessions, as well as the use of the REMSTIM 3000, may temporarily trigger intense emotions. A session should be paused or stopped if it is perceived as too stressful or unpleasant.
Additional Information on the REMSTIM 3000
9. The REMSTIM 3000 is a device designed to stimulate eye movements and is used to conduct performance-enhancing mental training. Use the REMSTIM 3000 exclusively for its intended purpose. Please note that when worn, the device completely fills your field of vision and blocks your view of your surroundings.
10. The REMSTIM 3000 is intended for personal use while sitting or lying down. The REMSTIM 3000 is not intended for commercial use. We recommend up to three consecutive sessions, each lasting 30 seconds.
11. If the eye movements feel uncomfortable—especially during the first few sessions—you will need to adjust your personal device settings. To do this, select a lower level for amplitude, speed, and/or brightness. In the rare event of dizziness, nausea, or eye pain, stop using the REMSTIM 3000 immediately. Adjust the settings accordingly before using the device again.
12. It is virtually impossible to see the moving points of light clearly, and this is neither intended nor a prerequisite for use.
13. The REMSTIM 3000 is not intended for use by children and must be kept out of their reach.
14. The materials used in the manufacture of the REMSTIM 3000 may cause allergic skin reactions in susceptible individuals. If this occurs, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
15. Provided that the manufacturer’s instructions are followed when using and handling tightly sealed lithium button cells, they are generally harmless and pose no danger. Provided there is no hypersensitivity to certain substances, brief skin contact with undamaged lithium button cells is safe.
16. Do not expose the REMSTIM 3000 to extreme weather conditions such as rain, snow, intense sunlight, or strong winds.
17. Protect the REMSTIM 3000 from water and moisture.
