Self-coach in 6 steps with EMDR thanks to REMSTIM 3000
On the following pages you will find short and effective instructions on how to use the REMSTIM 3000 optimally for an EMDR Self-Coaching session. The application of the REMSTIM 3000 in 6 steps will help you to coach certain matters and issues that are bothering you personally emotionally and mentally in a particularly careful way.
Please note that for some issues and matters that involve you in a particular way, it may be advisable to consult a coach or therapist you trust in this regard. Please also read the important information.
As part of the 6 Step Guide to Successful EMDR Self-Coaching, it has proven helpful to write this in the 2nd person singular. So you will be addressed as “you” on the next pages. We ask for your understanding.
During the self-coaching you will be asked to note how you feel about your topic on a scale like the one you will find here below.
The values from -10 to +10 represent the extent to which you are subjectively touched when you are confronted with your topic and deal with it.

represents an extremely negative and stressful emotional and/or mental state.

on the other hand, the center, signals emotional and / or mental neutrality.
+10
represents the best possible most relaxed, happy and empowered state you can experience emotionally and / mentally.

During self-coaching, choose a scale value quickly and spontaneously. There is no right or wrong, but only your personal assessment of how you feel at that moment.
